Abstract: Supervisor’s academic level,personality,and sense of responsibility will affect the quality of postgraduate education.As a result of natural,social,historical and other reasons,there are some questions such as weak foundation,poor flow of talents,lack of qualified teachers,irrational structure in the graduate tutor team construction of western underdeveloped area university,which reduce the overall level of academic standards and guidance of graduate tutor team,affecting the quality of postgraduate training.Through the introduction of high-level talents,improving the tutor team structure,implementation of supervisor group system,establishing the assessment system,the construction of tutor team can be strengthened,and the quality of postgraduate training can be guaranteed.
