摘要/Abstract

摘要：指导高职生自主创业是高职院校就业指导工作的重点，它关系到高职生创新能力的培养和就业方向的选择，关系到高职院校的发展，关系到社会的和谐发展。本文运用SWOT分析法，分析了影响高职毕业生自主创业的内、外部因素，在此基础上运用内外因相结合的观点，对毕业生自主创业进行了思考。

关键词： 高职毕业生, 自主创业

Abstract: The key to employment guidance work for Higher Vocational schools is to encourage and guide the graduates to start their own business.It relates to cultivate the creativity of the students and their choices of jobs,thus important to the school’s development and the harmonious development of society.This paper works on the factors influencing the students to start their own business through SWOT analysis.
