摘要/Abstract

摘要：将绩效评估理论引入到大学生礼仪教育水平测评中，着重论述了大学生礼仪教育与绩效评估战略的绩效导向、顾客导向、结果导向思路的契合，并从绩效激励、绩效责任、绩效约束机制建立的角度提出现代大学生礼仪教育水平提升的实现路径。

Abstract: This paper,from the perspective of performance evaluation,discusses the strategy to promote the education level of college students’ etiquette,holding that a mechanism of performance inspiration,performance duty,and performance restriction is the way to promote the education level of college students’ etiquette.
