Abstract: The ideology in the network times does not end.In the loose cyberspace,the conflict of ideology still exists.The interstate network information,the network public opinion expressing mood as well as the network thoughts trend of all forms are exercising the functions of ideology,which is dispelling the network superiority of the mainstream ideology.Therefore,we should utilize the new knowledge,technology and culture to maintain network sovereignty by scientific information warning system,so as to win the network approval by effective public opinion unblocking,develop network position by various forms of red cultural publicity,and strengthen the counter-seepage function of the mainstream ideology by promoting its cultural strength,publicity and infectivity.Thus the omni-directional risk prevention mechanisms are built to maintain the network security of the mainstream ideology.
