摘要/Abstract

摘要：在二元分割的劳动力市场结构中，基于主次两类市场劳动力的质异性和市场选择，使得劳动力的供给呈弯曲向上的拐折曲线。一方面，在拐点以下的次要劳动力市场主体就业要优势于在主要劳动力市场就业；另一方面表明“刘易斯拐点”并没有提前出现，“民工荒”只不过是农村劳动力供给在该拐折曲线上的正常波动。

Abstract: Based on Chinese dual labor market and market choice,this article has put forward an inflection supply model,an upward inflection curve of labor supply in dual labor market.On the one hand,laborers have more advantages in secondary labor markets than in major labor markets,one the other hand,“Lewis inflection point”has not appeared ahead of time,and the peasant-workers shortage is a normal fluctuation of peasant workers supply within this model.
