摘要/Abstract

摘要：和谐社会同样存在和贯穿着利益矛盾和利益冲突，因直接利益诉求而诱发的“非直接利益冲突”成为当前我国较具普遍性的社会现象之一。防范措施在于：在理性认识上要辩识冲突是社会和谐一个内生的变量，使理想与现实、个人与社会之间保持一定张力关系，防止机制性冲突转化为制度性冲突；在实践层面上可通过主体意识的培育与社会资本的积累，完善利益表达机制与增强社会认同等探寻一条利益诉求的路径取向。

关键词： 社会冲突, 利益诉求, 非直接利益冲突

Abstract: There also exist interest conflicts in a harmonious society,the “non-direct interest conflict”,caused by direct interest claim,being a popular social phenomenon in our country.This paper puts forward some suggestions to prevent it,and explores ways to realize interest claims.
