Abstract: Party Construction among college students during the time of setting things to rights refers to the recovery,adjustment and reconstruction during the period from the end of the Cultural Revolution to the Party Regulation in 1987,which is aimed at solving the problems of disorderly leadership,singleness of contents and methods and low qualities of the circumstance of Party Construction.Its primary mission is to recover and identify the status and direction of Party Construction among college students,improve the working methods,adjust and rebuild the organization and system of Party Construction.The distinguishing features have been highlighted during this period,containing creations in breakthroughs,developments in hard times and initiatives from passivity.At the same time,it reveals the basic experience and deep revelation of Party Construction among college students in social transition.Firstly,we should adhere to the leadership of Party,which should be carried out in the correct political direction,and keep on improving the regime of leadership and develop the abilities in management of schools.Secondly,all the work is based on students,which lead to the deep research on thoughts and features of college students,grasping the laws of students’ affairs and ensuring the vital role of ideological and political education.Thirdly,we should focus on the innovation and keep the pace with the situation,reflecting creativity,openness and advantages so as to broaden our horizon and bring all fields of work along.
