企业中知识创造的SECI模型—— 绩效、成本与风险分析

摘要:企业中进行知识创造的SECI模型是建立在对知识显性与默会二分的基础上的。SECI知识创造螺旋模型的有效实现至少需要满足一系列条件,且知识创造的绩效会因为行业性质、企业规模结构等因素而不同,且差异非常明显。同时,不是所有的知识创造活动都是可行的,知识创造是有成本和风险的。知识创造的成本包括投入的成本、机会成本和时间成本等。正因为知识创造存在成本,相应地,知识创造也就产生了风险的问题。

Abstract: The SECI model of knowledge creation in enterprises is based on explicit and tacit which are the two points of knowledge.The realization of the SECI knowledgecreative spiral model must satisfy a series of conditions.The author will point out that the performance of knowledgecreation is different,because of the nature,size and structure of the firm and the difference is always evident.We believe that not all knowledgecreative activities are feasible,with the reason of its costs and risks.The costs of knowledgecreation include the costs of input,opportunity costs and costs of time.Precisely because costs exist in the creation of knowledge,accordingly,the creation of knowledge would produce risk.
