摘要：农地流转是农村集体经济发展的重要基础，发展农村集体经济是农地流转的基本保障，农地流转与农村集体经济的发展呈正相关的关系，只有正确处理两者之间的关系，才能对中国农业现代化发挥应有的作用。

Abstract: Rural land transfer is the important foundation for the development of rural collective economy, and later is the basic guarantee for the former; they have a positive correlation. Only by handling the relationship correctly can it play its due role in China's agricultural modernization.
