Abstract: The basic content of the ethics of epidemic-disease is to provide new ethic cognition,ethic human nature,and ethic methodology for the prevention and treatment of epidemic diseases and the re-construction followed.Therefore,the key points of the ethics of epidemic-disease are how to re-construct the system of epidemic diseases.The related research should be carried out on the dimensions of time and space.On the dimension of time,the ethics concerned should explore such issues as preventing the epidemic diseases,early warning,or the re-construction followed;on the dimension of space,the ethics concerned should explore such issues as ecological environment,life,reconstruction of eco-homeland,recuperation,and education.
