摘要/Abstract

摘要：通过对国外社会企业及社会企业创业理论演进的分析，认为社会企业家通过持续的创新，用商业的规则去解决具体的社会问题，有助于弥补政府与市场对贫困和边缘群体社会服务提供的不足。因而，建议在我国建立有效的社会机制，探索有效的培养与训练途径，以促进社会企业在我国的发展，从而构建社会主义和谐社会。

Abstract: 〖WT5HZ〗Abstract:〖WTBZ〗By analyzing the theoretic evolution of social enterprise and social enterprise’s carve-out abroad,this paper holds that through continuous innovation,social entrepreneur can resolve concrete social problems by means of business rules and make up the insufficient service provided by market and government for the poor and outlying group.It is suggested that effective social mechanism should be set up and effective train given so as to promote social enterprises and construct a harmonious society in our country.
