摘要/Abstract

摘要：心理咨询与思想道德教育无论在教育场域还是咨询场域都可以有机结合起来，促进人的全面发展。心理咨询中的认知治疗与思想道德的认知教育在目的、内容、和方法上都有着最为自然的联系和统一。因此，在高校运用认知治疗法进行心理咨询的过程中，咨询师应在遵循认知治疗与认知教育和谐应用的基本原则的前提下，注重认知教育的融入，实现思想道德教育的育人目标，从而更好的保证心理咨询的长远功效。

Abstract: Psychological counseling and moral education can be combined to form an all-round development of human beings.Cognitive therapy in psychological counseling and cognitive education in moral education are closely linked in their purpose,content,and method.Therefore,when the consultants use cognitive therapy to conduct psychological counseling in universities,they should bear the basic principle of the harmonious application of cognitive therapy and cognitive education in their mind,and pay attention to the fusion of cognitive education so as to reach long-term effect.
