摘要/Abstract

摘要：政府信息资源按照公共物品理论可以分为纯公共信息资源与准公共信息资源，西部地区在政府信息资源共建共享方面存有诸多问题，应有不同的共建共享模式，并且政府信息资源共建共享体制的完善需要其他相关制度予以配套。

Abstract: According to the theory of public resources,government information resources can be divided into the pure public information resources and the half public information resources.There exist many problems in constructing and sharing government information resources in the western areas,therefore different modes should be applied,and some relevant systems should be perfected.
