摘要/Abstract

摘要：净空法师的佛陀教育思想是站在教内立场对于传统佛教的一种具有创造性的现代诠释，它对传统佛教的现代转型和当代的佛教复兴运动，都具有一定的启发和影响的意义。他首倡将佛教正名为“佛陀教育”，凸显传统佛教的文化教育内涵，同时又顺应时变，使佛教主动与现代社会相适应，从而使他的佛学思想既涵有传统的精神特质，又具有很大的适应性、融贯性的特色。净空佛陀教育思想是当代佛学发展和佛教现代化思潮的一个典型代表。

Abstract: Master Jingkong’s thought of Buddha’s Education is a creative contemporary explanation of traditional Buddhism at the standpoint of the religion.It has some influence on the modernization of the traditional Buddhism and the contemporary revival of the religion.He named Buddhism as Buddha’s Education for the first time and stressed the content of its cultural education.He made Buddhism conform to contemporary society.His Buddhist thinking not only has the feature of the traditional spirit,but also the characteristic of adaptation and harmony.Master Jingkong’s thought of Buddha ’s Education is a typical example of contemporary Buddhist philosophy,and reveals the trend in the modernization of Buddhism.
