摘要:随着现代远程教育的勃然兴起,人们越来越关心它的质量问题,如何保障现代远程教育的质量,建构符合我国现代远程教育现状的质量保证体系是时代给我们提出的研究课题。现代远程教育的本质就是基于网络的,相对分离主体间的指导学习。它不是教育手段的简单更替,而是伴随着教育思想、教育模式、教育内容和教育方法的改革。在远程教育的发展过程当中,要充分认识影响现代远程教育质量的要素,正确掌握远程教育质量评价的原则及方法。

Abstract: With the rapid and booming development of modern distance education,people are becoming more and more concerned about its quality.Therefore,it is a research topic to study how to guarantee the quality of distance education and construct a quality guarantee system which is in accordance with the distance education reality in our country.Modern distance education is fundamentally based on the net,in which the teaching subject and object are separated.Distance education is not only the simple replacement of means of teaching,but also the reform of education ideology,pattern,content and methods.In developing distance education,we should be aware of the factors influencing its quality,and correctly master the principles and methods of distance education assessment.
