摘要：从跨地区合并高校教学管理面临的新环境入手，分析了跨地区合并高校虚拟管理的可行性、内涵及其途径，提出跨地区合并高校为提高教学管理效率，必然要推行虚拟管理。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the possibility,connotation,and the process to merge the cross-area universities,and points out that it is an inevitable choice to conduct virtual management in order to improve the efficiency of teaching management.
