摘要：里耶秦简九九表的文字、内容、句数均有其独特之处，它可以修正王国维《流沙坠简》考释中的某些结论：其一，先秦“小九九”并非只有36句一种。其二，九九表中“而”“如”通用。王国维“改‘而’作‘如’，始于宋代”之说不确。其三，敦煌汉简九九表末尾总合实为1113，而非1110。就数学史意义而言，秦简九九表体现了三个重要的数理内涵：乘法定义、乘法交换律、筹算基础。就文化史意义而言，秦简九九表与《周易》存在一定的比附关系。

Abstract: The words,content and sentence number of “99” multiplication table in the strips of Qin dynasty in Liye have unique features.It may revise certain conclusions made by Wang Guowei in his Liu Sha Zhui Jian (Strips of Falling Sand).In terms of the significance of mathematics history,these strips found in Liye reveal three important mathematics connotations:multiplication definition,multiplication communicative law,and calculation foundation.In terms of the significance of cultural history,this table has some attachment to Zhou Yi (the Book of Change).
