Abstract: The trend of internationalization of intellectual property in modern society is more and more obvious.There exist obvious interests in respect of intellectual property protection owing to the great gap between the developed countries and the developing countries in area o science and technology,economy and culture.The unbalanced nature embodies the special international relationship.The developing countries shall safeguard their interests in the international protection of intellectual property and break through the monopoly through intellectual property protection and the acquirement of unfair interests by developed countries,so as to establish the mechanism of balancing of intellectual property in the level of international society.In the course of advancing the trend of internationalization of intellectual property,China shall also have appropriate fixation as to the protection of intellectual property according to national interests and nationality as well.
