摘要/Abstract

摘要：民营经济通过一个发展过程，它已发挥着重要作用，已成为市场经济的重要组成部分。但目前还存在一些发展的障碍因素，要促进发展必须采取有效措施，才能迈进新的发展阶段。

Abstract: After a developing process,the civil sector of the economy is playing an important role in the socialist economy and becomes the important part of the market economy,but there are still some growth impediments to its growth.In order to promote its growth and enter it into a new stage of development,we must try to take some effective measures.
