Abstract: Compared with common crime, computer crime can be more dangerous to the society and every country pays great attention to dealing with it. But until recently, consensus hasn’t been reached on defying computer crime both on abroad and at home. Different Scholars have given their own definitions for computer crime in their own respects. For my part, it is necessary to study the concept “computer” thoroughly, which will be of great magnificence. That will be closely related to present computer crime in advance, reduce the rate of computer crimes, and launch an anti-computer crime campaign. Thus, I propose some solutions in this thesis.
