摘要：随着知识经济时代的到来，对出版事业的人才要求越来越高，培养具有何种素质的人才、建立什么样的人才培养机制，是我们出版部门所要探讨的核心内容。

Abstract: With knowledge economic times approaching, more and more are required of qualified personnel in publishing industry. It is a kernel problem for our publishing departments to discuss what qualities are required of the qualified personnel and what kind of training system should be established.
