摘要/Abstract

摘要：高等教育是培养高层次专门人才的事业，同时从对人力投资的收益和教育的效益看，又具有非常明显的经济功能。因此，正确认识和分析高等教育的经济功能，合理运用和发挥这种功能，对于把握高等教育规律，促进高等教育健康持续发展，都具有积极的意义。

关键词： 基本定位, 人力成本, 有机融合

Abstract: As a high-level experts training undertaking,higher learning education has an obivous economic function from the view of educational benefit and manpower investment benefit.Hence,a correct understanding and reasonable exploitation of this function is of positive sighificance in grasping the law of higher learning education and promoting its healthy and sustaining development.
