摘要：受社会和自身的各种因素影响，编辑在职业认同、审稿和编稿等方面常常存在着这样或那样的偏差。这些偏差既影响了编辑工作的有效运转，也影响了编辑工作者自身的发展与提高。矫正这些偏差，编辑工作者需要树立敬业爱业精神、创新精神，确立编辑学者化意识及客观、公正、平等、质量第一意识等。

Abstract: There exist many kinds of deviation in the professional cognizance, examination and compiling of editors due to the influence of variousfactors of society and of editors themselves. The deviation affects not only the effective operation of editing work but also the development and improvement of editors themselves. To recover the deviation,it is necessary for the editors to love and respect their work,set up the spirit of innovation,cultivate the consciousness of scholarly editors,and establish the sense of objectivity,equality,quality dominance,etc.
