摘要:随着 INTERNET 的应用与普及, 网络银行业务的发展改变了传统商业银行的经营环境, 以客户为导向成为银行经营战略的必然选择。商业银行应建造网络型银行组织结构, 通过为客户提供高附加值服务进行业务创新。

Abstract: Wi th the application and popularization of internet , the development of internet bank business changes the environment of traditional commercial bank and client- orientation becomes the inevitable choice in banking management strategy, Commercial banks should build up an internet- type bank structure and conduct business activities through providing high added- value service to the client.
