摘要：通过对湘泉集团进行调查研究, 探讨湘泉集团发展壮大的秘诀在于以人为本,苦练内功, 强化管理, 积极创新,大胆改革,为我国民族地区国有企业改革提供了有益的经验借鉴。

Abstract: This paper probes into the development of Xiangquan Group Company and discloses its secrets of success as 1) perfect the quality of its staff members and bring their working enthusiasm into full play; 2) enhance its internal vigor and strengthen its management ; and 3) encourage creation and make bold reforms.
