摘要：揭示了现实思想政治教育工作软弱的根本原因——“责权利”不分明,进而得出了思政工作步入法制化轨道的必然结论,并立足现实, 着眼未来充分论证了制定《思想政治教育法》这一前瞻性结论的成因。

关键词： 法制化, 思想政治教育法, 必要性

Abstract: This article reveals the fundamental cause of the weakness and incompetency in ide ological and political education——lacking distinction between responsibility, right and interest , and arrives at a conclusion that ideological and political education be carried out by law. Based an the analysis of the present situation and keep the future in mind, the author expounds the urgent necessity for making an ideological and political education law.
