摘要/Abstract

摘要：数字技术的应用给版权的保护和管理带来了巨大的挑战,单纯依靠法律已经不足以全面地保护版权了。而技术进步所带来的挑战最终必须由技术本身来解决, 因此目前人们纷纷引入技术保护措施以便更有效地保护版权。这样以来,我们就必须重新构建以技术保护措施为核心的电子契约、技术保护措施与反破解法三位一体的版权保护体系, 以有效地保护版权。

Abstract: Because of the application of the digital technology, we are facing the new challenge in protecting and managing copyright in an electronic environment. We can no longer solve this problem merely resorting to law. The final solution to this challenge of technical progress lies in technology itself. In order to better protect copyright, pe opleapply various technical measures. In this situation we must try to design a sound system of protecting copyright, including electricgun, technical countermeasures and anti-circumvention technology.
