摘要/Abstract

摘要：通过构建因子分析模型，比较分析湖南14个市州的流通规模、流通贡献、流通效率、流通信息化程度及流通基础设施情况，发现湖南农村流通呈现显著的地区差异，其中，湘中地区发展好于湘南、湘北地区，湘西地区发展明显滞后。为优化湖南各地区流通产业结构，湖南应在商贸流通产业规划中，适当政策倾斜，促进湖南农村流通各地区协同发展；以新型城镇化、“互联网+”和连锁经营等组织形式，构建农村流通现代组织体系；通过强化基础设施建设、管理规范以及行业协调，营造良好的农村流通现代化发展环境，推动湖南农村流通现代化水平建设。

Abstract: Through building factor analysis model,this paper compares and analyzes the circulation scale,contribution,level of information and infrastructure in the 13 cities and one prefecture of Hunan province.It is found that obvious differences exist in different regions,regions in central Hunan province being better than those in the southern and northern Hunan province,with the western regions obvious lagging.Based on this,countermeasures are put forward to optimize the structure of the circulation industry,including carrying out preferential policy to boost synergetic development,establishing modern circulation system in the forms of new-type urbanization,internet plus,and chain operation,intensifying infrastructure construction,standardized management and coordination,and creating favorable atmosphere for the development of circulation modernization in rural regions.
