摘要：大学生创业过程中是否具有风险意识和具备风险防范能力，直接影响着创业的成败。笔者从Timmons创业过程的观点出发分析了大学生创业过程中所面临的创业风险的类别，提出了SWOT分析法、ATA事故树分析法、模糊综合评价法、AHP层次分析法等主要的风险评估技术，并从大学生创业促进体系的主体层面如大学生创业者自身、高校、政府等方面提出了相应的防范策略。

Abstract: Risk consciousness and risk prevention ability for college students are of vital significance to their success in innovative undertakings.Based on the undertaking process of Timmons,this paper analyzes the categories of risks confronted by college students,and puts forward risk analysis methods of SWOT（strength,weakness,opportunity,threat）,ATA (Accident Tree Analysis Method),FCE (Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation),and AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process),and suggests some prevention measures from the subjects of innovative undertaking of college students,including college students,colleges,and government as well.
