    During theYan'an rectification movement,"strengthening the sense of Party consciousness" has become a basic and dominant political requirement in building the Party.Xinhua Daily positively responded to the call of the CPC Central Committee in public opinion and carried out rectification and revision with the principle of "strengthening the sense of Party consciousness" as the core.In the process of establishing and implementing the principle of "strengthening the sense of Party consciousness",specific questions,such as "how to adapt Marxist-Leninist theory to practice","how to make it closely contact with the masses and reflect the masses","how to correctly carry out criticism and self-criticism",and "how to implement democratic centralism and strict Party discipline",were raised and answered pertinently.The process of carrying out this principle has produced important historical significance:it has promoted the proposal of the principle of "the unity of Party and the people",consolidated the ideological position of Marxism,improved the quality and influence of the Party newspaper,and cultivated the "Xinhua spirit" with firm ideals and beliefs.

    The Visual Turn and Democratic Dilemma of Contemporary Western Political Communication

    The essential attribute of image information and the inherent law of visual cognition determine that visual image has natural advantages in political communication.With the continuous upgrading of visual technology,the inherent attributes of visual image,such as vividness,intuition,concreteness,resonance and inclusiveness,have been continuously strengthened,and political communication has shown a deep visual turn.The image has been widely used,taking a more and more important position and continuing to develop.In the political communication centered on political campaign in the West,this deep visual turn has triggered a series of new trends of political communication:one is the specialization with image shaping as the core and personalization with specific characters as the focus,and the other is the persuasiveness deviation to the sensibility with sensibility as the core and the audience cognition as the target.As the focus of western realistic politics gradually revolves around visual elements,visual politics is becoming more and more important,which leads to new symptoms such as aesthetic of democratic election,individualization of political identity,paranoia of political attitude,morbid operation of democracy and so on,posing a great impact and challenge to the contemporary western political pattern and democratic order.

    Derived Risks and Their Transmission in Internet Public Opinion Reversal:Type Division and Relief Strategy

    The information control behavior in internet public opinion reversal can change the evolutionary direction of public opinion events by influencing the interpretation and attitude of information audiences,during the process of which new social risks are stimulated.According to the inductive combing of 50 widely discussed cases of internet public opinion reversal that occurred in 2016-2022,it is found that information control behaviors in internet public opinion reversal on the one hand take information content and cognitive framework as the control objects,and on the other hand social risks derived from information control behaviors may be transmitted to political and non-political domains.According to the results of the analysis,internet public opinion reversal can be classified into "leveraging type","uncontrolled type","reef type",and "crisis type",with "information control mode" and "risk transmission direction" as the core dimension division.After analyzing the four types,it is found that the evolution of the internet public opinion reverse is accompanied by the derivation,transmission and accumulation of social risks,forming a dual structure of "surface public opinion + deep social risks",which not only causes serious harm to social order and political stability,but also triggers the inertia of people's political distrust and becomes an important cause of mass incidents.Therefore,changing the separation of internet public opinion control and risk management and strengthening the risk management process in internet public opinion is the key to preventing and resolving the derivative social risks and their transmission in the process of internet public opinion reversal.On the one hand,the public sector should further strengthen the regulation and standardization of information dissemination and enhance its own information dissemination influence and competitiveness to dissolve information control behaviors;on the other hand,the public sector should create a flexible and rigid public opinion field and actively respond to the demands of groups in public opinion events to ease the derivation and transmission of risk energy.

    Research on Brand Construction under the Background of Network Community

    The network community culture is the values,rituals and spiritual interests shared by the network community.And brand,as a symbol of socialization,is the external manifestation of the network community culture.The network community culture not only shapes and leads members' ideas and behaviors,but also gives birth to a new economic form of community economy.It is embodied in the interpenetration of communication and exchange behaviors among members,the convection of information sharing and sharing patterns,thereby promoting the brand to shift from the value of "object" to "person".Therefore,the concept of brand construction under the background of network community should be based on "cultural identity" and oriented by "brand openness",and the brand communication strategy should also shift to the approach of "linking community".

    Research on the Stratification Strategy of China's Foreign Communication Based on Institutional Distance

    As a non-geographical distance,institutional distance not only restricts the quantity and quality of information exchange,cultural exchange and social communication between China and other countries,but also restricts the cognition and evaluation of the national image of the audience of other countries.Institutional distance has a negative effect on the effect of external communication,which is completely in line with the theory of "outsider disadvantage".Because of the small institutional distance and the friction resistance,the high degree of mutual trust,and the low cost of communication as well,the amount of information,cultural and social exchange with other countries increases and the national image identity becomes higher.Institutional distance is an important basis for the selection of target countries for China's external communication.In this study,the political system distance and economic system distance of 32 selected countries are divided into five levels,which will be the basis for China to choose the order of the target country of foreign communication.Among them,the country with the smallest distance is the current key communication target country.Vietnam and Russia are among countries with the smallest level,and are the most important communication target countries in China at present.The government should put the current relatively limited communication channels,communication contents and other communication resources into the key communication target countries.
