Abstract: The frustrated psychology of university freshmen is closely related to their early life experience,such as personality,family education,and self cognition.To overcome this psychology and maintain both physical and mental healthy,the freshmen should adjust their study goals and ambitions,set up rational self attribution,strengthen frustration cognition,and build a mature psychological defense mechanism.
