Abstract: The contemporaryChina is in a critical period of transition.The social mobility,openness and pluralism give social stability risk a dynamic,active and complex character.The prevention and management of social stability risk is a systematic project,which requires integrity,predictability and legislation in order to breakthrough the constraints of insufficient system supply and rigid institution.The main measures to ensure the orderly development of the society include taking interest demands and coordination mechanisms as a fulcrum,building and strengthening forensics,early warning,assessment and protective mechanisms of risk sources,and to weaving a trinity safe-net of source ruling,dynamic management and emergency preparation.
