Abstract: The basic way on how morality ego promotes extrovertly and practices its value lies in how to deal with and harmonize the relation between the other and I thence morality ego proves and realizes its value in both the contact relationships and social life.It was basic contacting mode between the other and I which people advocate spirits such as benevolence,loyalty-forgiveness as well putting one in the place of another to realize harmonious interpersonal relations in both Chinese traditional ethics thought and real life.Intimate relation between other and I is paid attention and talked by modern theorists such as Adam Smith's moral sentiments theory,I-You relationship theory of Feuerbach as well theory about  “the other” in vision of phenomenology which are reasonable explain about the value of relationship between other and I.External values of morality ego between the other and I in contemporary era embody such as harmonizing and respecting each other,unifying the emotion and the rationality,as it also carries forward humanitarianism universal fraternity thought.
