Abstract: South China Sea is faced with multiple threats of ocean disasters,land-source pollution,worsen ecology,war,and natural disasters.Though the legal system of marine environmental protection has come into existence,effective work has not been done yet.Therefore it is important to perfect the legal system,improve the system of marine ecological compensation and damage compensation,rebuild the ecology,up-grade emergency processing of ecological disaster,modify criminal law and strengthen law enforcement.
