Abstract: This paper gives a research on the effect of surrounding factors.The investigation result of questionnaires shows that teachers’ teaching methods and academic degree influence students’ efficiency of college English learning.Based on it,we conclude that transforming students’ idea and teachers’ teaching methods play a key role in improving students English and their language application ability.And we should try our best to create surroundings that can support and improve English learning.
