Abstract: Compared to central government,local governments have absolute advantages to provide local public services,so they should be the main providers of public services.In the process of China's local governments to provide public services,for there are multiple difficulties in capacity,motion and pressure,their provision of public services can not meet the needs of the local public.To improve the level of public services provided by local governments,it should reform the mechanisms of support ability,motion incentives and pressure conversion corresponding reforms based on the existing predicament.
