Abstract: The influence of Taoist Aesthetics on Sushi’s literary theory,which can be uncovered in the following ways:the pursuit of purity and simplicity as well as the disdain for vanity in his poetry;seeking for the implication but not indulged in the materials;his works during his relegation displayed a loft realm of thoughts;returning to the nature and objecting to over-decorated and flowery language—the core of his literary theory.
