Abstract: Social responsibility of enterprise actually refers to the social ethnic expectation to the enterprise.It includes three responsibilities:the economic responsibility,legal responsibility,and moral responsibility.Enterprise must bear ethnic responsibilities;however,these responsibilities are limited.They are limited by law,cost,efficiency,range,and other complicated factors.Also,due to different developing stage,the enterprise’s consciousness and ability to bear social responsibilities are different.The ethic responsibilities of enterprise are closely related with its actual situation,economic power,and managers’ responsibility consciousness and power limit.
