Abstract: The study of management ethics is the combination of the study of management and the study of ethics. Both management and ethics are the results of social production and social life of human being. People's knowledge about the relationship between management and ethics has been formed with the advent of management and ethics. In the modern times, the tendency of the expansion of the objects of management, the tendency of subjectivity of the role that man plays in technological revolution and the development of social productivity, the tendency of humanization of management and the tendency of the intensification of competition between enterprises and the expansion of social pressure have strengthened the inner connection between management and ethics. The combination of management and ethics is not human imposed, but rather, it is determined by the structure of management itself and its inner requirement. It is based on the morality of management. The morality of management is reflected in the integration of the internal and external morality of management.
Key words: management, morality, internal morality, external morality
