Abstract: Adam Smith’s emphasis on individual self-interest is the basis of establishing the Classical Economics. Smith’s individual self-interest has not only the proper quality of morality, but also the superiority of morality, in Smith’s time, this individual self-interest already contained and showed certain limitations of morality. The research of justice rising in modern time is just overcoming the limitations of individual self-interest.
