摘要/Abstract

摘要：经济全球化已经成为当今世界不可逆转的潮流。由于经济基础决定上层建筑，经济全球化必然会对国际法和国内法产生巨大的影响，亦即法律的全球化。在适应和调整由于经济全球化各国日益密切的经济关系的过程中，国际法不断地国内化，反过来国内法也不断地国际化，正是国际法和国内法的这种互动，使得国际法和国内法的界限不再清晰，全球范围内的法律规范不断朝着日益趋同甚至统一的方向前进。

关键词： 法律全球化, 国际法, 国内法

Abstract: Now economic globalization has become an inevitable trend in the world,which will exert great influence on international laws and domestic laws.In the process of adjusting increasingly closing economic relationship caused by economic globalization,international laws are being more and more domestically used,and the same trend is seen vice versa.It is this interaction between international laws and domestic laws that makes a vague distinction between them,causing the global legal criterion to develop in the same direction.
