摘要：从中小型公共图书馆电子阅览室的使用和现状建设着手，分析了电子阅览室普遍存在的问题及表象，进而提出了解决问题的途径和办法。

Abstract: Starting from the situation in the small and medium-sized library E-reading rooms,this paper analyzes the existing problems and suggests some countermeasures.
