摘要/Abstract

摘要：农业网络信息资源的建设是新农村建设长效机制的根本保证。湘西州农业网络信息资源建设普遍存在网络基础设施建设薄弱、信息资源开发不足、农产品信息上网不及时全面、农村信息技术人才缺乏、以及农民网络素养较差等现象。加强基础设施建设、组织本地信息资源上网、建立网络农业信息导航系统、建立专题或专门网站、培养农村信息技术人才、加强农民网络媒介素养是目前湘西州开发农业网络信息资源的较好策略。

Abstract: The construction of agricultural net information source is a long-term guarantee in building a new socialist countryside.However,Xiangxi Prefecture has a weak foundation in this aspect.Therefore it is necessary to enhance the infrastructure,collect information of local agricultural products,set up navigation system and web sites of agricultural net information,promote information training,and develop a sense of information of the farmers.
