摘要：从道学产生的历史根源和时代背景出发，追溯道学的源流，并通过道学与佛道二教的关联，以及道学与新学、蜀学和心学等其它新儒家学派的关系两个视角，探讨道学被确立为中国封建社会晚期的统治意识形态的经过和原因。

Abstract: This paper,starting from the historical background,explores into the origin of neo-Confucianism.Also by analyzing its relationships with Buddhism,Taoism,as well as other new schools of Confucianism,this paper discusses the process and reason why neo-Confucianism was established as the ruling ideology in late feudalistic China.
