摘要/Abstract

摘要：农村经纪人的主要工作是为促成他人交易而对涉农商品及项目进行中介服务，他们为传统农业向现代农业转型以及解决“三农”问题发挥了重要作用。目前我国农村经纪人事业在发展过程中仍然存在许多问题，需要在业务培训、行业组织、政策扶持、品牌培育、监督管理等方面进一步做好相关工作。

Abstract: The major task for rural agents is to offer intermediary service about agricultural goods and projects so as to facilitate the transaction.They play an important role in the transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture,and in the issues relating to agriculture,rural areas and farmers.At present,there are many problems in the cultivation of the rural agents,therefore we must improve the relevant work in training,industry organizations,policy support,brand creation and supervision.
