摘要：本文简介了素质教育, 浅析了英语素质教学, 指出了传统英语考试的弊端,阐述了实施以素质教育为导向的英语考试的方法和意义。

Abstract: The article briefly introduced quality education, analysed English-quality teaching, indicated the disadvantages of the traditional English examinations. It expounded the methods and significance of the implementation of quality-education oriented English examinations.
