摘要：土家族的传统禁忌源远流长、种类繁多,文化含蕴深沉丰厚,社会功能正负并存,给土家人的物质生活与精神生活带来了深远的影响。

Abstract: The taboos of the Tujia people go back to ancient times.They are of rich cultural connotation with both productive and counterproductive social functions.They have produced far-reaching influence upon the Tujia people's moral spirit and material life.
