摘要：治理腐败必须标本兼治, 综合治理,尤其要加大源头治本力度。强化思想教育、强化监督机制、强化干部和财务管理、 强化法制严惩腐败, 乃是源头治腐的“釜底抽薪”之举。只有如此, 才能从源头上根治腐败。

Abstract: In order to fight corruption,we must clear away its very root by adopt ing such measures as enhancing ideological education, strengthening control and supervision mechanism, improving the management of leading cadres,and reinforcing law and penalty.
