摘要：“三个代表”的思想是高校建设的根本指导思想。在高校落实“三个代表”就是要发挥科技进步和技术创新能力，实现高校培养人才、发展科学的职能；就是要坚持社会主义的办学方向，实现高校先进文化的影响和传播职能；就是要坚持育人为本，实现高校的社会服务职能。

Abstract: The thought of “three represent's” is the basic guidance to the development of colleges and universties.To implement this important thought,Colleges and Universities should give full play to their functions of advancing the progress of science and technology,upholding socialist orientation and training qualified talents,spreading advanced culture,and rendering various services to society.
