摘要：企业资源计划ERP是现代信息技术和管理科学结合的产物，它发展、超越了制造资源计划MRPⅡ，它是以供应链管理为核心、体现业务流程重组思想、整合客户关系管理、反映知识管理理念的集成化管理信息系统，具有集成化管理的特点。

Abstract: ERP is the product of the combination of up-to-date information technologies and modern management science. Originating from and transcending MRPⅡand with supply chain management as its hardcore, ERP integrates BPR, CRM and KM. This paper throws light on how ERP evolves to have such an integrative characteristic.
